MT. VERNON — Thanksgiving is over, so some people are already looking towards Christmas. In Mt. Vernon, the season will kick off Saturday with the annual Mt. Vernon Christmas throughout the community.

The Holiday Craft Fair will take place again this year at the Rolland W. Lewis Community Building from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. But Grace McDowell with the Mt. Vernon Convention and Visitor’s Bureau says there are many more events for residents of all ages.
