CENTRALIA — A 23-year-old Central City man has been arrested for allegedly pulling a knife on another man at the Centralia Halloween Parade Saturday night.

Centralia police arrested Anthony Hernandez shortly after an incident in the 600 block of South Poplar Street when he allegedly threatened and Richard Potter of Centralia and pulled a knife on him.

Hernandez had reportedly fled before police arrived but was later located.  He was released on a notice to appear in court.
